What you should know:

• Our prices are intended per person per day at luxury half-board and are inclusive of all costs, i.e. visitors’ tax, service, taxes.
• Extensions to your stay will be calculated at the daily rate of prices
  for the respective week.
• Family Suite Type A, Dorf Tirol and Type A, Mutspitz: Children’s prices on request.
• The listed prices are calculated on the basis of a minimum stay of 3 days.
  For shorter stays, an extra charge of 10% will be added.
• We will reimburse €10, 00 per person per day for prompt evening
  meal cancellations.
• Our guests can, on request, lunch from the “à la carte” menu at midday.
• Dogs are very welcome at the hotel! However, your pet cannot come into the restaurant or wellness area. A daily charge of €10, 00
  for kennelling (food not included) will be calculated.
• For organisational reasons, it is not possible to book a specific room or floor.
• Rooms can be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival.
• Rooms must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure.
• A 3-day charge will be incurred for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival or early departures.
• Hotel bills can be paid in cash, by cheque or by all current credit cards (excepting American Express and Diners).
• Travel withdrawal insurance: Cancellations – Sounds annoying and is annoying. Shame, when a room lies empty even though somebody else would happily take it.
  However; things can happen to the best of us. Our recommendation:
  Take out a travel withdrawal insurance. Simply request the relevant form from us when booking.
