When will my room be available and when do I have to check out?

Your rooms will be available on the day of your arrival from 2:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to check out before 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Are dogs allowed at the hotel Burggräflerhof?

Dogs are welcome at the hotel Burggräflerhof in Merano, however, your dog is not admitted in the restaurant, the sunbathing area or the spa area. We charge a day rate of 10 Euros without food.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

Payments can be made in cash, with cheque or with all credit cards (except American Express und Diners).

Do you offer any discounts?

If you pay the hotel bill in cash upon your arrival, we'll grant you a discount of 2% on your room rate.

Do you offer a travel cancellation insurance and if yes, how can I contract it?

Something unforeseen can always happen, that is why we recommend you contract a travel cancellation insurance. You can download the application form from our website www.burggraeflerhof-meran.com.

How much do you charge if I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days before your planned arrival or if you leave ahead of time, we'll charge a maximum rate corresponding to a stay of 3 days; a cancellation longer than 14 days before your expected arrival is free of charge.
