This time of year we bake Christmas cookies, decorate the house with the typical colours of gold, silver and red and give our loved ones the one or other present. Everything glitters, twinkles and sparkles, the alleys in the old town of Merano/Meran are atmospherically lit and the Christmas market in Merano/Meran invites to take a stroll and marvel at the many spectacular works of art, which make for excellent gifts.
