Your room or suite is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

• Up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
• Up to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking amount
• Later cancellations and no-shows: 100% of the total booking amount

The following discounts apply to children and young people staying in their parents’ room:

• Children up to 2 years – €12.00 per night
• Children aged 3 to 7 – 60% discount on the half-board price
• Children aged 8 to 14 – 50% discount on the half-board price
• Children aged 15 to 17 – 30% discount on the half-board price
• 18-year-olds – 20% discount on the half-board price

Please vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Dogs are very welcome here (€25 per day). Please let us know when booking – especially if you’d like to dine with your dog. In summer, breakfast is served on the terrace in fine weather. For dinner and on cooler days, our cosy Zirben Stube is available – dogs are allowed there. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate a limited number of dogs at one time; please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

For organisational reasons, we cannot guarantee specific room numbers, floors, or amenities.

You can settle your bill in cash, by bank cheque, or with any major credit card (except American Express and Diners Club).
We offer a 2% discount on your accommodation bill if the total is paid in advance by bank transfer or in cash at the hotel (not valid for mail offers/offer weeks, or bookings via online portals).

All prices for the rooms and suites at the Hotel Burggräflerhof are per person, per night and include half board and all-inclusive services. A local tourist tax of €3.40 per person (aged 14 and over) per day is charged by the Province of Bolzano; this is payable separately. If you wish to extend your stay, additional nights will be charged at the current nightly rate.

At the Burggräflerhof, you’ll receive a Südtirol Guest Pass free of charge to use for the duration of your stay. Your personal guest card unlocks the whole region: it includes travel on all public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as on public cable cars (Vöran, Mölten, Ritten, Kohlern, Meransen), the Ritten narrow-gauge railway, and the Mendel funicular. You’ll also enjoy fantastic discounts at museums and attractions across South Tyrol.

Illness, accident, a change of plans... If your holiday can’t go ahead as scheduled, travel cancellation insurance can help mitigate any unpleasant costs. You can add travel cancellation insurance to your booking when you book on our website.
