The Burggräflerhof cellar is full of wines that we’ve collected and grown to love over the years. Many come from South Tyrol, others from Italian regions close to our hearts. We discovered some on our travels, and others by chance. Each wine tells its own story – and that’s what makes this room so special. Most of our bottles come from the vineyards around Meran and Bolzano: fresh whites, fruity Vernatsch, robust Lagrein – all honest wines with clear provenance. We round out the collection with classics from Piedmont, Tuscany, and Veneto. Quality over quantity is what matters here; substance over label-chasing. The breadth of our selection makes our cellar the heart of our restaurant in the Meran area.
