On the arrival day your room is ready for your after 2.00 p.m.
On the departure day we would like to ask you to free your room until 10.30-11.00 a.m.
To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay with your four-legged companion, as well as efficient restaurant service, we kindly ask you to inform us already at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog – especially if you wish to dine with them.
During summer, on nice days, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast outside on our terrace. For dinner or in colder seasons, our cosy Zirben-Stube is available for guests with dogs. Please note that space there is limited, and we cannot accommodate too many pets at the same time.
You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by bank cheque or with all working credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club. Travel Cancellation InsuranceWe recommend you to get a travel cancellation insurance so that you encounter no unpleasant costs, should something unforeseen happen.
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 14 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Of course you also can change your arrival date without surcharge.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
