The team of Hotel Burggräflerhof
The Hotel Burggräflerhof is renowned for its exquisite culinary delights, theme evenings, and buffet. We owe this good name, among other things, to our chef Dieter Prinoth, who has been managing the Burggräflerhof cuisine since 2011 – with great dedication, never-ending creativity, and his unlimited knowledge about the different methods of preparing and serving various dishes as well as their flavor compositions.
Dieter was born and raised in Val Passiria/Passeiertal and completed his apprenticeship in Merano/Meran. Prior to joining the Burggräflerhof, he worked at the Schlosshotel Sonnenburg in San Lorenzo/St.Lorenzen, was the second chef at the Hotel Hohenwart for 12 years, and the head chef at the Hotel Resmairhof in Scena/Schenna for 7 years. Since 2011, he has been spoiling the palates of the guests at the Burggräflerhof in Maia Alta/Obermais and inspiring them every day with new creations. Look forward to high-quality specialities from the South Tyrolean, Mediterranean, and international cuisine and let yourself be thoroughly pampered by Dieter Prinoth and his experiences team!
Welcome to the blossom season!
